A Wedding Favor - Graphic Design
Designing a wedding favor for a themed wedding, to capture a bit of the moment for all that shared in the union. By request I created two commerative features to the wedding. A symbol of the union and a bookmark favor for the guests.

With intial discussion with the bride, I was able to create a symbol of their union.

The first and second designed crest for the couple, designed with intial color scheme and insight from the bride.
The final crest picked by the bride after showcasing the intial designs.
The wedding date was on pie day so use of that within the crest was a cleaver means of reminding everyone that the wedding was on March 14th. The use of a sepia tone gave the crest a lovely style that worked with the library themed wedding.
Following the creation of the crest came the task to design a favor. The idea for bookmarks was discussed given the theme for the wedding.
The use of the bindings of books to create a front of each bookmark was decided and a simple back with just the crest would be all the couple needed. Designing and printing of the bookmarks was the next task to perform.
The front of a few bookmarks. In the end, I would create fifteen different bookmark fronts for each table to have.
The simple back of each bookmark was then designed.
After printing of the front and back the creation of the bookmark was laminated and tasils were added, either gold or silver based on the book bindings.
